A Brief Request: |
|
|
Thank you so much for your interest in Bike & Build. While we welcome questions, comments, and concerns of all kinds, our small staff kindly ask you to respect a few simple rules of thumb:
1) Please do not email the entire staff individually with the same question. Even though in the office we sit 6ft from each other, we often remote connect from home to check our email. Having to search through each other's mail acocunts to see if somebody answered you yet isn't very efficient. Nor is writing the answer three times. If you are not sure who to direct your question to, that's ok! If it is a program related question, please use the 'applications' email account. If you need help with something else, please email Molly, our Office Coordinator.
2) Prospective riders and leaders should always use the 'applications' email address listed above for questions. We promise you'll get a faster response than emailing us invidually. Four different people check that email account (our intern, office coordinator, and both Program Directors). It is just one of the simple ways we share the workload in the office using cool technology tricks.
3) Again, we love questions, and we are happy to clarify anything on our website, but emailing us asking "where do your trips go?" or "how do I get involved?" doesn't really show that you've taken the time to read the FAQ or explore the other parts of the website.
